LL.B.(5 Years Course)

Elgibility :

candidates seeking admission to the Law course should have passed an examination in 10+2 Course of schooling in any discipline recognised by the educational authorities of the Central or the State Governments

This course was started in the year 1995-96 with the approval from Govt of Karnataka and affiliated to Karnataka State law university,  Hubballi. and also is approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

This course is recognized by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi Any student willing to pursue a legal career and has completed a degree from any recognized Indian University with the prescribed percentage is eligible for admission to 5 years LL.B. degree course.

The duration of the course leading to a bachelor degree in Law (LL.B) shall be of three academic years.

The new education regulation provides compulsory practical training for students and also compulsory participation in moot courts.

LL.B.(3 Years Course)

Candidates seeking admission to the 3 years Law Course should have passed any Bachelor degree from any recognised University

An Introduction

This course was started in the year 2005-06 with the approval from Govt of Karnataka and affiliated to Karnataka State law university,  Hubballi. and also is approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

This course is recognized by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi Any student willing to pursue a legal career and has completed a degree from any recognized Indian University with the prescribed percentage is eligible for admission to 3 years LL.B. degree course.

Scheme of Examination

There Shall be a semester examination at the end of every six months. The Examination in each paper shall be for a maximum of 80 marks with 20 internal marks.
